4. Booking and Payments

When booking a boat on Boathopping.com, you agree to pay the full rental fee, including any additional charges. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations and refund requests must be made at least 1 day before the scheduled booking to be eligible for a full refund. Requests made less than 1 day in advance are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

No-Show Policy: If the renter does not show up within 5 hours of the agreed rental start time and does not contact the boat owner in advance, only 50% of the rental fee will be refunded. This policy accounts for the reserved time and potential missed booking opportunities for the boat owner.

6. Terms of Withdrawal for Boat Owners

Boat owners are eligible to request a withdrawal of their earnings only after the completion of the service (i.e., after the booked rental period has concluded and the service has been delivered successfully). Withdrawals will be processed through the designated payment method linked to the owner's account.

Withdrawal requests may take up to 24 hours to process. Boathopping.com reserves the right to withhold or delay payments in the event of disputes, complaints, or violations of our terms and policies until such matters are resolved.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website for any illegal, harmful, or malicious activities. You shall not disrupt or interfere with the proper operation of the website or its associated systems.

8. Intellectual Property
